Any such charges are designed to reflect the genuine pre-estimated loss incurred by the venue in preparing for your visit.

4. Poker Evenings Disclaimer
MidnightFlopClub hosts exclusive poker-themed evenings strictly as social entertainment experiences. Our poker nights are designed for enjoyment, connection, and atmosphere only; no real-money gambling occurs at any time within the venue in relation to these events.
Participation in poker evenings is limited to guests aged 18 years and over. By registering for or attending a poker event, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are participating for social and recreational purposes only. Any chips, points, or similar mechanisms used during these evenings hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, or services.
MidnightFlopClub and its employees reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse entry, restrict participation, or remove guests from a poker evening or from the venue where a guest’s behaviour is inconsistent with our house rules, the spirit of social entertainment, or applicable laws and regulations.
